Internet Fax Service S.O.P.

Hankyu has set up all branches for Internet Faxing using our current JIVE Phone System. This will now be the only method of sending/receiving faxes at Hankyu.  Sending & receiving faxes is easy. Just follow the below instructions:

Sending a fax:

1. From your Outlook, select New Email (the same as if you were sending an email to someone)

Next:

Input the fax number you are sending to, faxnumber@hheusa.fax.hvoice.net(as shown above—include the 1 before the number, the same as when you make a call)

2. Subject: Input your locations Pin Code (See below for a list of Pin Codes for your branch)
3. Attached the document you are trying to send. 
4. Hit send and wait for a confirmation email if the fax was successful or not

 Receiving a fax:

1. See below for your branches Fax number. You will need to provide this number to anyone wanting to send you a fax.

2. When a fax is sent to your branch using that number, it will be distributed in the form of an email to everyone setup in the Fax Group at your branch (basically everyone in the branch except in the case of LAX that has several fax groups).

3. Once you receive the email, simply print out the attachment as you would any other email attachment.
