How to change your password , Most likely you are unable to print from windows.

  1. Press Control - Alt - Delete all at the same time.
  2. Pres on the "Change Password"
  3. Enter your old password
  4. Enter your new password twice
  5. hit ok.
  6. You may be asked for a personal email or phone number for the intent to recover your account.
